Flats fishing and scallop charters out of Steinhatchee, located near Keaton Beach in Florida's beautiful Big Bend Area.
Scallop season is here and the scallops are plentyful this year 2011. The scallop season has been extended this year until Sept. 25th. The water temp. is currently 84 deg.
All you need is your mask, snorkel, fins and whatever you would like to eat and drink for your trip.
Scallop charters last about 4 hours for up to 6 folks and cost 300.00 per day. The time we leave the dock can be taylored to your needs but most trips depart about 9 AM.
We can handle groups up to 50 persons thru our net work of other guides. I run out of riverhaven marina but pick up at other marinas or motels can be arranged.
